The bg-real-estate plugin gets installed into your Claude CoWork instance with your brand colours, logo, voice samples, and compliance defaults baked in. Your desk is set up and the two skills you chose are tuned and ready to trigger by name.

Tuning session after your first week of real use
After a week of real listings, vendor meetings, and updates, we sit together for a second session to tune the skills against what you actually noticed. You leave that session with the workflow locked.

You also need your own Claude Pro subscription at USD $20/month, which you own directly. We don't bill that through.

What's included, and can I add more skills later?+
Every install sets up your desk (the three setup skills that capture your identity, brand, and priming) plus the two skills you choose, tuned to your voice and your state's compliance rules. The rest of the menu is available as add-ons whenever you want them, priced per skill at the point you add it. Start lean, add more once you've felt the first two earn their keep.
Do I need a Claude subscription?+
Yes. You need your own Claude Pro subscription at USD $20/month, which you own directly. We don't bill that through. The Listing Copy skill alone pays back the monthly subscription in the first week.
Does my data leave my machine?+
No. The plugin runs inside your Claude CoWork desktop app. Your intake, your drafts, and your client data stay on your machine. Anthropic's data handling applies to the chat content you send Claude.
Will this replace my CRM?+
No. Claude CoWork sits beside your CRM and drafts the work your CRM doesn't. Your CRM stores and routes; CoWork drafts. Clean handoff.
Is this built for Queensland agents?+
Queensland is where it's tuned first. The skills route to Titles Queensland, Queensland Globe, and Brisbane City Council data, and the compliance defaults are built around the Queensland Form 2 seller disclosure and the REIQ and Realworks workflows that have added admin to every listing. AML/CTF went live on 1 July 2026: agencies are now AUSTRAC reporting entities, with enrolment due by 29 July 2026, so the compliance load keeps growing. It works for agents in other states too; the state Real Estate Act and the data sources adjust to wherever you are.
What happens if Anthropic changes something?+
If a skill behaviour drifts after an Anthropic update, a quick tune-up session fixes the affected skill. The plugin is yours either way; it stays installed and working on your machine.
